We work closely with our clients to balance the need for zealous
representation with the need to reduce expense. From the early
investigation stages through discovery, plea bargaining, trial, and
appeal, we work to accomplish the client's goals as favorably and
efficiently as possible.
We are very conscious of concerns about the high cost of litigation. We
attempt to minimize the expense of litigation whenever we can, without
sacrificing the quality of representation. We do so in part by
utilizing technology for document management and other appropriate
tasks during the litigation process. We use our computer systems and
network extensively for greater efficiency and cost savings.
We also offer consultation to small law firms in the area of case and billing management. Although we are both licensed in Maryland, we limit our practice to D.C. Superior Court and D.C. Court of Appeals.
